No, it doesn't look like it should be difficult, and it isn't. It's simply time-consuming. But with a couple of perfect July days and a nice breeze, it was not a hardship.
I hope to have the trellis net strung shortly and then the runners can run with abandon.
After that, I need to finish setting the stakes for the 54 other tomatoes (see the July 5 post for the two that already are full grown) and tying them up for the first round of growth.
What else is vacation for?
