A year ago today I started blogging, not really knowing what I would do with it.
"It" has turned out to be a meandering journey through everyday kinds of things: joys and sorrows, laughter and tears. There's gardening and the pets, which pretty much fills up the spare time.
The 21st also marks the anniversary of Daisy's arrival in our lives. Eight years ago, she wagged herself home and nothing has been the same ever since. I like to think she sent us baby Kai, who was born shortly after she died last June. I suspect she looked over the new crop of babies about to be born and said "There's a bit of trouble for my dear Mama to love." It's a sad, happy and sweet circle we travel.
Thanks for stopping by this past year. Blessings to you all.
May spring's arrival be swift and lacking in mud.
