The last of the seeds went in on Monday afternoon. I still have the tomatoes to stake and the bean/pea trellis to erect, but it is finally planted.
One of the six-foot tomatoes that I got at Glenburn Gardens, called Fourth of July, has a red tomato that is nearly ripe. I do believe it will be ready before its namesake time.
Under the white rowcovers are the squash, cukes and melons. It saves a lot of money and effort to keep the cucumber beetles at bay.
