I've already had a taste of greens from the garden, including some sorrel that pokes through almost as soon as the snow disappears each year.I grew these from seed and the clumps live happily in the back of a couple of raised beds, keeping them from being overcome by weeds.
The other greenery I managed to gather were some garlic leaves, chives and some kale that wintered over. Tasted nice in my omelet.
