Sassy sorrel

I've already had a taste of greens from the garden, including some sorrel that pokes through almost as soon as the snow disappears each year.

I grew these from seed and the clumps live happily in the back of a couple of raised beds, keeping them from being overcome by weeds.

The other greenery I managed to gather were some garlic leaves, chives and some kale that wintered over. Tasted nice in my omelet.
